· Configuration – PEOffice's analysis capabilities are based upon the unique requirements of each producer's field development cycle and in the technical applications they use. After determining the customer's requirements, OPT consultants will perform the data mapping required to integrate PEOffice with source applications and databases, work with clients to load data and build the production database.

· Training – Because of the breadth of PEOffice functionality, OPT provides post-implementation training for our customers at their offices and targeted to the clients unique needs based on available PEOffice training documentation.

· ASAP! Support – OPT Consultants will also respond to product support issues ASAP. With OPT's research and development team based in China, support issues that cannot be solved immediately by OPT's Houston-based consultants, will be received and responded to ASAP.
